Pricing: New Orleans Real Estate Investors Association

Several membership plans to choose from.

Individual Membership:  Only $175/year paid in one payment.

Individual Membership (Payment Plan):  $75 down and then $10/month charged to your credit card.  Annual renewal is automatic with continued $10/month payments. 

Family Membership:  Only $200/year paid in one payment.  (Family membership is 2 people living in the same household i.e. spouse or child)

Family Membership (payment plan):  $100 down and then $12/month charged to your credit card.  Annual renewal is automatic with continued $12/month payments.   (Family membership is 2 people living in the same household i.e. spouse or child)

Student Membership:  $75/year.  Sign up in person at the monthly member meeting and must present valid student ID.
