We are on our way!

Our first project is in the works.  We have decided on a name for our LLC – Ladies on the MOVE!  There are 13 active LLC members, and we are ready to get movin’!  Meetings concerning how to find our project and how to fund the project are underway! We are looking for a 3/2 single home that will sell in the $150 – $160′s.  A home with cosmetic repairs, nothing too serious.  For our first project, we didn’t want to get too deep in rehab.  Neighborhood is still up in the air, but aggressively looking at the Westbank. We haven’t set a hard-core deadline to get the project complete, and we all have various ideas of how long this will actually take, but general consensus is 6 to 7 months.  Our clock is tickin’ - we know we can get it done!

Any interested ladies out there, it may be too late to join in this LLC, but you are more than welcome to observe our progress, join our group and come to the meetings.  Who knows you may want to join us the next time!
