The September NOREIA meeting will feature an opportunity to do any or all of the above. We will have a panel of NOREIA Member experts who will review a deal you are looking at and give you their honest opinions as to the viability of the project. They may even agree to invest/partner/purchase your deal. If not our experts then anyone in attendance may be interested in what you have to offer.

In order to have your deal looked at by our panel of experts, we need you to fill out the online form and send any corresponding pictures to David@GulfSouthTitleCorp.com. We will have someone contact you to review the property and any other particulars of the deal. Remember you will need to be a member in order to submit a deal. Using this information, and by asking you questions, our experts will let you know if they agree with your evaluation. If they don’t, they will give you ideas you may not have thought of regarding the project.

We will consider as many submissions as we have time for. The most complete submissions with pictures will be considered first.

Even if you don’t have something to pitch, come and learn what experienced investors are looking for in a project, how they evaluate opportunities and see if your first, fifth or just your next deal is there waiting for you to pick it up.

There is a time limit for you to submit your deal. Please have your form submitted by Friday, September 9th. It is important to have this in early so that we are able to review your property and have you present it at the meeting.
